Administrator, manager, collaborator, guest or subcontractor in a list

There's a difference in each list between access rights a user can have. 

Please note project access rights are also important (you have to be at least collaborator, for instance, to add a picture or a document in a point)

To check and manage access rights in a list :

  • click on the project
  • click on the list
  • go to participants  participants.png

  • click on the upper right "suitcase" to Manage access rights of list participants

  • click then on the upper right "pencil", and on the arrow below user name to update his access rights

 A subcontractor in a list can :

  • see all points he's in charge of.  Points he's not in charge of aren't displayed in the list
  • see and download all documents / reports of the list
  • add a comment to an existing point and insert a picture or a document to illustrate the comment
  • update the point status (list manager or administrator only can see some status) 
  • delete/archive his own comments
  • copy a point to another list in which he's manager or administrator

 A guest in a list can :

  • see all points of the list
  • see and download all documents / reports of the list
  • add a comment to an existing point and insert a picture or a document to illustrate the comment
  • update the point status (list manager or administrator only can see some status) 
  • delete/archive his own comments
  • copy a point to another list in which he's manager or administrator

 A collaborator in a list can :

  • see all points of the list
  • see and download all documents / reports of the list
  • add a comment to an existing point and insert a picture or a document to illustrate the comment
  • update the point status (list manager or administrator only can see some status) 
  • delete/archive his own comments
  • copy a point to another list in which he's manager or administrator
  • edit following fields : "categories", "users in charge" and due date of a point

   A manager in a list can  :

  • see all points of the list
  • see and download all documents / reports of the list
  • add a comment to an existing point and insert a picture or a document to illustrate the comment
  • update the point status (list administrator only can see some status) 
  • delete/archive his own comments
  • copy a point to another list in which he's manager or administrator
  • edit following fields : "categories", "users in charge" and due date of a point
  • add new points (with documents/pictures)
  • delete, archive, edit, copy and move his own points
  • generate a list report
  • link documents to the list
  • edit list parameters (type numbering, occurence, header/footnote,...)
  • add participants to the list and update their access rights to manager, collaborator, guest or subcontractor

An administrator in a list can :

  • see all points of the list
  • see and download all documents / reports of the list
  • add a comment to an existing point and insert a picture or a document to illustrate the comment
  • update status of all points
  • delete/archive his own comments
  • copy a point to another list in which he's manager or administrator
  • add new points (with documents/pictures)
  • generate a list report
  • link documents to the list
  • edit list parameters (type numbering, occurence, header/footnote,...)
  • add participants to the list and update their access rights to manager, collaborator, guest or subcontractor
  • edit, move, delete, archive all points, comments and documents, even if he's not their author
