Admin, Manager, Contributor, Guest or Subcontractor in a list

Within each list in which you will create points, you can distinguish which participant is responsible of the meeting and which is not.

 

 NEW : SUBCONTRACTOR

As a Subcontractor of a list, you can 

  • See only the points assigned to you. The points for which you are not the person in charge will be hidden
  • See all the documents/reports of the lists and download them.
  • Add a comment to one of the assigned points and add a picture or document to it.
  • Edit the status of a point (except for statuses that are restricted to managers or admins of the list)
  • Can edit / delete  comments added by himself.
  • Can copy points to another list (where he is at least manager) 

As guest of a list, you can :

  • See all the points of the list.
  • See all the documents/reports of the lists and download them.
  • Add a comment to an existing point and add a picture or document to it.
  • Edit the status of a point (except for statuses that are restricted to managers or admins of the list)
  • Can edit / delete  comments added by himself.
  • Can copy points to another list (where he is at least manager) 

 

As a contributor of a list, you can :

  • See all the points of the list.
  • See all the documents/reports of the lists and download them.
  • Add a comment to an existing point and add a picture or document to it.
  • Edit the status of a point (except for statuses that are restricted to managers or admins of the list).
  • Can edit / delete  comments added by himself.
  • Can copy points to another list (where he is at least managers).
  • Can edit the fields Category, Person in charge, Due date of points.

 

As a manager of a list, you can :

  • See all the points of the list.
  • See all the documents/reports of the lists and download them.
  • Add a comment to an existing point and add a picture or document to it.
  • Edit the status of a point (except for statuses that are restricted to managers or admins of the list).
  • Can edit / delete  comments added by himself.
  • Can copy points to another list (where he is at least managers).
  • Can edit the fields Category, Person in charge, Due date of points.
  • Can add new points (with documents and pictures)
  • Edit/ delete/ Archive/ Copy/ Move points created by himself
  • Generate a report of the list
  • Link documents to a list
  • Edit the general information of the list (Numbering, version, header/footer, ..)
  • Add participants to the list and define their rights on the list (Manager or lower)

 

As an administrator of a list,  you can:  

  • See all the points of the list.
  • See all the documents/reports of the lists and download them.
  • Add a comment to an existing point and add a picture or document to it.
  • Edit the status of a point (except for statuses that are restricted to managers or admins of the list).
  • Can edit / delete  comments added by himself.
  • Can copy points to another list (where he is at least managers).
  • Can edit the fields Category, Person in charge, Due date of points.
  • Can add new points (with documents and pictures)
  • Edit/ delete/ Archive/ Copy/ Move points created by himself
  • Generate a report of the list
  • Link documents to a list
  • Edit the general information of the list (Numbering, version, header/footer, ..)
  • Add participants to the list and define their rights on the list (Admin or lower)
  • Can edit move, delete, archive all the points/ comments/ documents / ... of the list, even the ones not created by himself.
  • Archive the list
