To start the synchronization of your data again (from the iPad to the Web), we advice you to perform the following:
On the iPad :
- Check your internet connection en the battery of your iPad.
- Check the sync - if the cloud is grey and if the button is active.
- Click twice on the round arrow, and check if all the data is synched (v and not x).
- Keep AproPLAN active (no sleep mode) during the synchronization.
PS: If the sync blocks somewhere, please log off and on again, to reactivate the App.
