You can add general points which are not linked to a document in particular.
- Points on documents
To create a point on a plan, you need to open one of the linked plans to the meeting and make a point.
With a finger tap on the right location, you can choose to add a point or a point with a picture.
- Fill in the information of the point
Fill in the different fields and save it
Tip : Checking the “!” Important has no consequence at all. A “!” will be displayed near the important point in the list.
- Automatic Data entry
Use the same subjects. The most used subjects are saved by Punch list. When having selected a Punch list item you can easily select a subject you have already inserted.
